Ever since I began my journey in medicine, I’ve been drawn to one simple idea to heal completely. That’s what led me to surgery. I believe surgery isn’t just a procedure it’s a path to radical, lasting relief for patients in pain.
Over the years, I’ve specialised in treating Anorectal conditions like Piles, Fissures, and Fistulas, using modern techniques such as laser surgery, radiofrequency, and ligasure. These advanced methods help patients recover faster, experience less pain, and significantly chances of recurrence are less.
What I truly love about my work is seeing the visible change in someone’s life, when discomfort turns into relief, when fear becomes trust. It’s humbling to be in a profession that allows you to not just treat, but transform.
I deeply believe that surgery is an art that requires skill, but even more so, compassion. And with every patient I meet, I carry the responsibility not just of treatment, but of care, dignity, and hope.

The journey of Dr. Vidya Harne began in 1990 with a deep-rooted commitment to serving the community. For 15 years, she dedicated her skills to the remote tribal regions of Ghoti and Igatpuri, bringing healthcare to those in need.
In 2006, driven by a desire to provide quality healthcare closer to home, Dr. Harne moved to Dombivli. This marked a new chapter, where she continued to practice with unwavering dedication, always prioritizing the well-being of her patients.
A significant milestone arrived with the collaboration of Dr Adkar, whose expertise and support significantly enhanced the practice. Together, they navigated numerous medical challenges, ensuring the highest standards of care during emergencies.
Recognizing the community's growing needs, Dr. Harne expanded the practice, establishing a separate male section on the first floor. The second floor was transformed into 'Eternity,' a specialized care unit that provides comprehensive and compassionate care.
Driven by a commitment to excellence, the practice achieved Level 1 NABH accreditation, reflecting its dedication to quality and patient safety.
Today, Dr Harne continues to provide a wide range of gynaecological services, from guiding young women through the onset of menstruation to supporting women throughout the complexities of menopause.
His expertise encompasses all aspects of women's health, including antenatal care, childbirth, and infertility treatment.
